We’re pleased to share our experiences from the EIT Manufacturing Summit 2023, held from November 20th to 21st in Brussels. Those were eventful and insightful days for our Managing Director Mathias Ptacek.
Here are his key take-aways:
🏆 Boost Up! Challenge Success: One of the highlights for us definitely was our upcoming collaboration with Berg Propulsion due to the Boost Up! Challenge, which we proudly won. Sharing the stage for a panel discussion with Emil Cerdier (Berg Propulsion), Dr. Dirk Thieme (Volkswagen Sachsen GmbH) and Jean Pascal Riss (Schneider Electric), and receiving the Boost Up! prize from EIT Manufacturing‘s CEO Caroline Viarouge was a great honor. It also gave us the opportunity to pitch Sleeve to a broad audience from various industries and receive great feedback.
🤝 The Power of Collaboration: The summit emphasized strategic collaborations among industry, government, and academia as vital for preparing the European manufacturing workforce for a sustainable and innovative future. As we are now also officially supported by EIT manufacturing, this is especially true as they stand for access to Europe’s largest innovation community in manufacturing.
👏 Appreciation for the EIT Team: A big thank you to the EIT Manufacturing team for organizing such a well-rounded and engaging event. The quality of the discussions and the supporting program was impressive. Special thanks to Silvia Zancarli, Andreas Gams, Gala Maturana, Silvia Grätz, Łukasz Cioch, Aleksandar Stanojevic
🔜 Looking Forward: Following this successful event, we’re excited to be part of the upcoming Leading Lights event in Sweden end of January 2024. We’re looking forward to more opportunities for collaboration and innovation.
A big thank you to everyone involved in making the EIT Manufacturing Summit 2023 a memorable experience for us. We’re excited about what the future holds! 🚀
